Another happy client success story. Christina M., of Seattle came to Mindworks to get control of food and stick with her Weight Watchers food plan and begin losing weight.  She wrote to me this week sharing her joy in the changes.  On her way, minus another 10 pounds:

The “mantra,” as she calls it is a tool called an NLP anchor.  We create your Designer Feelings® and give you control of them.  For Christina, the anchor she uses to change her state of mind and body are words:  “Yay, me!”  It activates her Designer Feelings® to come back to her.  They can be any words.  They can be images held in the mind’s eye.  They can be fingertip touches.  We set it up for you, with whatever modality seems best.
