Happy May Day from Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP!

“May’s Hypnotic Blossom,” a poem:

In the merry month of May, a blossom on the tree,
A time of change and promise, for you and for me.
The sun shines bright, the days grow long,
A perfect time for change, where nothing can go wrong.

“May” I have a better life, a question we implore,
As we dance amidst the flowers, seeking something more.
The answer lies in wait, within our mind’s own door,
Hypnotherapy services, a key to life’s grand tour.

A gentle guiding voice, to help us navigate,
The twisting maze within, to set our thoughts so straight.
Unravel tangled dreams, unlock what’s held inside,
Embrace the month of May, as worries subside.

In sync with spring’s sweet bloom, our minds begin to clear,
A new and vibrant life awaits, as we conquer fear.
So as the May flowers grow, let your spirit soar,
With hypnotherapy’s touch, you’ll find what you’re looking for.

May and hypnotherapy, a union so divine,

I worked with a client recently and she’s blooming like a beautiful cherry blossom.  We removed her limiting belief of “I’m not good enough, so I don’t deserve success” which had been negatively impacting  her whole life!  One piece of NLP work, and “poof!”  Gone.  It had tormented her for decades, contaminating her habits (destructive and unhealthy), her joy (very little, her go-to emotional state was anxiety), her relationships (abusive).  She was the most abusive to herself, inside her own head.  That’s over!  And I feel so good about it.  She’s in her 60’s now, but it’s never too late to love yourself and make the rest of your life the best of your life.

Today is National Haiku Day!  This day celebrates the beauty of brevity and encourages people to express their thoughts and emotions through the power of words.  My mother was a haiku artist, and I’ve always enjoyed writing haiku myself.  Essentially, words are my career and my passion, because hypnotherapy is all about the words.

Here’s a poem about irrational fear and the solution to it.  I hope you enjoy it!

In the dead of night, when all is still,
And the wind howls with an eerie chill,
I sit alone with my thoughts and fears,
And the shadows seem to draw near.

In the depths of my soul, there lies a dread,
A secret fear that seems to spread.
It creeps and crawls, a living thing,
A monster that knows no relenting.

Oh, how I long to banish this foe,
To live without its haunting glow.
But it clings to me like a shroud,
A dark and brooding, ever-present cloud.

And then I hear of hypnosis’ power,
To tame the demons that seem to devour.
A way to unlock the mind’s own gate,
And free me from this torturous fate.

So with trembling hands and a hopeful heart,
I seek the help of the hypnosis art.
With gentle words and a soothing voice,
The hypnotist guides me to a different choice.

And in that state of deep repose,
I let go of my fears and woes.
The monster that once held me tight,
Disappears into the night.

Thus, in the wake of hypnosis’ sway,
I find myself in a brand-new day.
For in freeing myself from this old fear,
I have learned to rise and let go, and keep joy near.
