Hi, Hypnosis Friends!
I read an article today in the Wall Street Journal: A Surprise Medical Solution: Hypnosis.
It’s not a surprise to me!
It’s amazing to me how slow the medical community is in catching up on understanding the power of mind (hypnosis) for healing. They call this research a “surprise.” It’s not a surprise to ME. This is the work I do, and have been doing for 11 years.
Hypnosis is amazing for taking control of the body and habits, and the work this article describes is one teeny tiny part of the work we do with hypnosis. We can reshape bodies. We can accelerate healing. We can remove allergies. We can change habits and patterns of thinking and behavior in an infinity of ways.
Here’s the article. “How big-name hospitals have used hypnosis to change the lives of people with painful stomach conditions.”
While this acceptance is slow in coming, I’m glad it is coming. Hypnosis has nothing whatsoever to do with “bark like a dog,” and everything to do with living a longer, healthier, happier life.
