Springtime for Hypnosis

When the Light Leans In

Spring does not knock politely.
It leans in through the window,
bold as a promise
and bright as a second chance.

After months of gray rehearsals,
the sky clears its throat.
The branches lift their hands.
The earth says, Begin again.

Notice how the bud does not argue
with its own becoming.
It does not cling to last year’s shape.
It does not consult the frost.

It opens.

And so can you.

Not by force,
not by pretending winter never happened,
but by choosing what grows next.

Hypnosis is not escape.
It is alignment.

It is the quiet courage
to plant a different thought
in the soil of your mind
and trust it will rise.

It is the decision
to trade old reflexes
for deliberate response.
To meet the moment
with a mind that is clear,
a heart that is steady,
a will that is awake.

Spring is proof
that transformation
is not theatrical —
it is natural.

Light does not beg the dark to leave.
It simply arrives.

So let it arrive in you.

Let calm take root
where panic once paced.
Let confidence climb
where doubt once clung.

The season is shifting.
The air is opening.

This is not the year you repeat yourself.

This is the year
you re-author.

This is the moment
you choose
what blooms.
