I love my good feedback.  As I tell my hypnosis and NLP clients, when they win, I win.  And, in my office and in my school, we are very much in it to win it.  Some hypnotists go into this type of work thinking it’s an easy buck.  (It’s not.)  I do this work because I love it.  It’s my art!  It’s stimulating, challenging, and oh so rewarding when my clients get their successful outcomes.

Brian Jacob, of Seattle, Washington got his results.  He quit smoking in one session of Neuro Linguistic Programming and hypnotherapy at Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP.  After 15 years of smoking a pack of cigarettes a day, he has quit.

“I have been smoking one pack a day for the past 15 years. I tried to quit so many times but it never worked. Hypnosis made me demonize cigarettes, yes. But the nicotine craving was still there for a couple of weeks. I used patches and I was done after 3 weeks of using them less and less every day. I didn’t need anything after that… I was cured.

This is the story of Laurie Adams.  40 years a smoker. A consistent smoker.  Now, that’s a “habit.” Fortunately, hypnosis is stronger and more powerful than any habit.

Stop Smoking, Seattle!

Stop Smoking, Seattle!  It’s good advice.  It’s also a website:  I have several websites that I’ve created, and this site is about hypnosis for smoking cessation.

On my many websites, I like to highlight the different things hypnosis is good for.  Short answer:  pretty much EVERYTHING.  Michael likes to say:  “If the brain is involved, hypnosis helps.”  Yes. has lots of good information about studies on hypnotic success with quit smoking.  Kind of like a battle royale, and hypnosis wins!  Hypnosis is more effective than other stop smoking tools:  nicotine gum, the patch, drugs, herbal remedies, acupuncture, and so on.  I also talk about all the chemicals that are in cigarettes, and how your body has the capacity to heal itself from the effects of cigarettes and the time frames involved.  It’s interesting stuff.

And primary, of course, on my hypnosis for stop smoking website, is the PROOF.  Seattle area people I’ve helped using hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) who agreed to let me share their success stories.  Actually, there are many providers of hypnosis in Seattle, with varying skill sets.  My advice:  Go for quality!  Go for proven success.  That’s me and Michael and our passion:  Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP.  It’s the best in Seattle hypnotherapy services.
