In this time of Covid19, everyone is doing what they can to help.  Little school children are sewing protective masks for medical workers, doctors are coming out of retirement to help, people are organizing groups to bring food to the elderly.

Life on Hold

Hi, Hypnosis Friends!

Here’s the deal!  People are stuck in this nasty situation called coronavirus covid19.  Here in Washington State, some are in quarantine, some are ill, most are self isolating, social distancing, basically holing up at home.  What it means is life on hold.  Pause, they’re calling it in New York.

One thing is for sure:  it’s a stressful time.  Stress leads to weakened immune.  One of our services at Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP:  stress release.  Check out some of the comments of our stress release clients here:  success stories.

Some businesses are closing and reducing hours.  One nice thing about my business, empowering people through hypnosis & NLP, is that minds don’t close or limit their hours.  They’re open for business 24/7.  Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP is open!  We’re just currently altering the method of accessing these communications to social distancing appropriate methods.  We have phones!  Yay!  We have computers!  Yay!  Communications go on.

Michael and I are currently offering tele-sessions.  Mind to mind communications are still possible, we guide you step by step in the NLP Neuro-Linguistic Programming processes and we take you into trance and provide unconscious stimulus for change (motivation and creative resourcefulness) with hypnotherapy.  And that means you can reduce stress.  We’ll help you work on yourself and your positive changes for any goals even now.

Are you self-quarantine-ing?  I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling ready for a hazmat suit.  Covid19 coronavirus sure has everyone on edge.  Life is becoming very limited and very fear-ridden.  It doesn’t have to be fear-ridden.  Hypnosis for stress release!  It’s a thing.

I can guide you into the calm, clear, creative part of your mind, and refocus you on the positives in life.  Staying healthy.  Optimism and joy.  Let’s do it.  I’m now offering tele-hypnosis options as well as come on into the office therapy.  We can do this over the phone.
