When someone impresses you, what do you notice and what do you remember about them? It may not be the actual words that came out of their mouth, or the proposals they put forward. More likely, you noticed their air of confidence, and self belief. Certainty in their own power. An aura of leadership.
You’re picking up on their nonverbal communication. That person stands out to you because they feel confident and confidence shines. It’s got a glow and energy that’s so attractive. And it can’t be faked. Either a person feels it (and thus displays it automatically) or he/she doesn’t. We teach you how to bottle confidence. Confidence changes everything about how a person communicates and works and persuades and sells and connects with others.
I’ve written numerous essays about confidence on my blog. In short, I think it’s an essential part of any successful endeavor and an absolutely wonderful resource state. When I was first learning hypnotherapy and NLP, a more established colleague told me: “Hypnosis is a confidence game. No confidence, no game.” Same is true for NLP.
Confidence facilitates successful learning, as well. If you’re not brimming with confidence already, we’ll manufacture it together for you.
You will learn and master “anchoring” techniques for harnessing resources: confidence, calmness, motivation, energy, creativity, happiness and and more. Anchoring is about accessing states of mind/body that are useful, and having them available on demand and automating them into life as desired.
