Coke Zero Addiction Becomes Zero Addiction to Coke

Hi, Seattle Hypnosis Friends!

Another day, another happy hypnotherapy & NLP client. Here is a video testimonial from Nicole Tauber of Seattle, WA. She came in to Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP to take control of choices and habits. One goal in particular, she wanted to “turn off” her cravings for coke zero and diet coke and stop consuming those. We did that! Easy, peasy.  Coke Zero addiction become Zero addiction to coke.  🙂

Along the way, she mentioned an interest in turning off the desire for alcoholic beverages as well.  So, we did that.  Two for one!

Nicole is happy.

She reported to me that right after our session of Neuro-Linguistic Hypnotherapy® targeting this change, she went home and threw away all the coke in the house. Didn’t want it. She said she saw the bottle (of booze) in the cupboard and had no desire for it.  Hasn’t had any.  She was “amazed.”  Yay for NLP & Hypnosis!

We’re working more than just habit changes.  We’re increasing her sense of confidence and control in the world.  Not just about beverages, but about herself and life.  Nicole is doing great.  So could you.

Call me anytime and we’ll get you set up for your personal, positive changes.

All the Best,
Connie

What’s Too Much? Take Control of Unwanted Habits

Best Seattle Hypnotherapy to stop smoking is Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP.

Break free!

Hi, Hypnosis Readers!

Medicos like to label things as “addiction.”  A huge insurmountable THING.  A skilled hypnotist ignores labels and looks at patterns of behavior.  We deduce unconscious “strategies” and how they can change.  What people don’t even realize is that, with the right tools, we have absolute control over our choices in life.  What we do and how we feel.  So, we reject the label “addict.”  We prefer “chooser.”  And if you’d like to choose to do something differently, yes, you can!

Gambling, alcohol, sugar…?  What’s your “too much?”  We can help.

One of my hypnosis clients, Marcy W, of Seattle, chose to take control of food choice and lose some weight.  She reported to me last week:  “Outstanding!  We’re making progress.  I wish I had done this 20 years ago!”  She had lost 25 pounds.

The right tool for the right project.
