Hi, Hypnosis Friends!<\/p>\n

Well, I just got back from some travels for Michael’s birthday weekend.\u00a0 We went to Las Vegas.\u00a0 We left some money, but we came home with something else.\u00a0 A nasty respiratory virus.\u00a0 Not your ordinary cold!\u00a0 The plane was a hotbed of confined spaces, recycled air, close quarters, and germs!\u00a0 Michael got it first.\u00a0 I got it second.\u00a0 Not good.\u00a0 Sore throat, bronchitis, runny nose, etc.\u00a0 The works.<\/p>\n

The first night I got it I could barely breathe, and lots of vomiting going on.\u00a0 Decided on urgent care.\u00a0 The verdict:\u00a0 acute bronchitus and an unknown nasty respiratory virus.\u00a0 Not covid.\u00a0 Not the flu.\u00a0 I was tested for both.\u00a0 They gave me a breathing treatment and some intravenous meds and sent me homeward bound.\u00a0 So, I’m complementing the medical care with my own healing tools.\u00a0 Reiki (healing energy) and self hypnosis.\u00a0 Been doing both of those every day.\u00a0 It’s been a few days and I’m feeling SO much better.\u00a0 I can breathe!\u00a0 Breathing is important.<\/p>\n

Last night I had an interesting dream.\u00a0 I set up the self hypnosis for perfect, accelerated healing and health and wellness in general.\u00a0 I turned on the reiki.\u00a0 And I went to sleep.\u00a0 My dream:<\/p>\n

There was a boxy space, and all these bubbly shapes kept appearing and filling it.\u00a0 And then…ZAP!\u00a0 I’d puncture them all like bubble wrap and they’d vanish.\u00a0 Clearing the space.\u00a0 Again, and again, and again.\u00a0 They’d come in waves.\u00a0 I’d zap them!\u00a0 Kind of like space zap which I used to play on video games decades ago.\u00a0 The bad things appear (these bubbles of illness) and ZAP, remove them.\u00a0 So, I did.\u00a0 I feel SO much better this morning.\u00a0 Think I’ve turned the corner.\u00a0 Now, it just feels like any old, ordinary cold.\u00a0 Not this virus from hell thing that was going on.<\/p>\n

Moral of the story:\u00a0 the power of the mind to affect the body is amazing!\u00a0 Medicine is good and all, I did choose urgent care and medical professionals.\u00a0 But the mind can help, too.<\/p>\n

I teach my clients self-hypnosis, if desired, as part of our private sessions in order for them to continue and promulgate more and more success towards their goals.\u00a0 \u00a0It’s an “instant self-hypnosis,” a way to give a goal to your mind like a GPS mechanism and turn it on.\u00a0 Put yourself instantly into trance and then into sleep.\u00a0 Good stuff.<\/p>\n
