Hi, Hypnosis Friends!<\/p>\n

Did you know that your own power of mind is stronger than any learned fear?\u00a0 If fear is not useful, we can turn it off.\u00a0 Kick it to the curb.\u00a0 Release it.<\/p>\n

Here’s a poem about irrational fear and the solution to it.\u00a0 I hope you enjoy it!<\/p>\n

In the dead of night, when all is still,
\nAnd the wind howls with an eerie chill,
\nI sit alone with my thoughts and fears,
\nAnd the shadows seem to draw near.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the depths of my soul, there lies a dread,
\nA secret fear that seems to spread.
\nIt creeps and crawls, a living thing,
\nA monster that knows no relenting.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oh, how I long to banish this foe,
\nTo live without its haunting glow.
\nBut it clings to me like a shroud,
\nA dark and brooding, ever-present cloud.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And then I hear of hypnosis’ power,
\nTo tame the demons that seem to devour.
\nA way to unlock the mind’s own gate,
\nAnd free me from this torturous fate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So with trembling hands and a hopeful heart,
\nI seek the help of the hypnosis art.
\nWith gentle words and a soothing voice,
\nThe hypnotist guides me to a different choice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And in that state of deep repose,
\nI let go of my fears and woes.
\nThe monster that once held me tight,
\nDisappears into the night.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thus, in the wake of hypnosis’ sway,
\nI find myself in a brand-new day.
\nFor in freeing myself from this old fear,
\nI have learned to rise and let go, and keep joy near.<\/strong><\/p>\n
