Hi, Hypnosis Friends!<\/p>\n

A new year.\u00a0 A new decade.\u00a0 I started this business in 2007, and it has exceeded my expectations, in terms of the pure joy of creation and self expression it affords me.\u00a0 I love the work I do, and I love how I help.<\/p>\n

I offer advice to new hypnotists.\u00a0 A huge part of this puzzle called success and longevity is getting the word out.\u00a0 Hence, I spend a lot of effort on my website, Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP.<\/a><\/p>\n

A website should be legit.\u00a0 Reflective of the business and people involved.\u00a0 I’m not a fan of “templates” and boilerplate generic text.\u00a0 I like genuine.\u00a0 And original.\u00a0 I created my website myself–and I’ve written every word describing my services and the numerous articles and I made the videos shared (about 100), selected all images, etc.\u00a0 It’s me.<\/p>\n

And, I always like it when people respond well to it.<\/p>\n

A girl in Montana wrote to me, wanting to work with me.\u00a0 Unfortunately, my work is face-to-face in my office in Bellevue and involves a multitude of hands-on techniques for success.\u00a0 A watered-down version of my work via phone or skype wouldn’t cut it.\u00a0 Those who are serious come work with me, some even from a great distance–and I like that indicator of determination.<\/p>\n

I gave Juliette some advice on finding a skilled hypnotherapist<\/a>.\u00a0 Hypnotherapy as a profession is growing–so I’m sure she’ll find someone nearer to her.\u00a0 NLP is the real deal for change and I directed her to the Society of NLP\u00ae to find credentialed practitioners.<\/p>\n

I’ve looked at some local hypnotists’ websites and their name is hidden, their face is hidden, and there’s no hint as to WHO this site belongs to. Canned!\u00a0 A picture of a trickling stream and someone in a lotus position.\u00a0 Personally, I’d like to know more about the person I’d be working with.<\/p>\n

I’m celebrating 13 years in business as a hypnotist.<\/strong>\u00a0 I love it!\u00a0 Here’s to the next 13 and beyond.<\/p>\n
