Hi, Hypnosis Curious!<\/p>\n

Here is the story of a recent weight loss client.\u00a0 She wanted to pursue her goal of a healthy weight, but something was stopping her.\u00a0 Her husband\u2019s favorite dinner was pizza, and she found herself eating it often and more of it than she wanted to.\u00a0 He wanted quick and easy.\u00a0 She wanted more healthy choices.\u00a0 Dilemma!<\/p>\n

She told me that she felt GUILT<\/strong> about preparing and cooking the foods appropriate for her diet, because she had a belief that her husband wouldn\u2019t like the food, wouldn’t want to eat the food, and would be unhappy.<\/p>\n

This guilt was a stopper from her successfully pursuing her goal of a healthy weight.\u00a0 Although the guilt (and resultant act of putting other people first) had been a part of her for her entire life, she agreed that it was useless and nonproductive to her goals.<\/p>\n

So, we got rid of her guilt.\u00a0 That\u2019s what skilled and creative hypnosis and NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming<\/a>, can do.\u00a0 Gone.\u00a0 Deleted.<\/p>\n

Suddenly, she had the focus and self-care needed to eat healthy.\u00a0 And, to her surprise, she found that her husband was happy about it all, and actually LIKED the healthy meals she prepared.<\/p>\n

This idea in the mind (\u201chubby won\u2019t like it) and the resultant bad feeling (guilt) was in the way of her success.\u00a0 We address everything in our Mindworks Hypnosis NLP sessions.\u00a0 When the goal is weight loss, we don\u2019t only delve into food choice and portion control and emotional eating and the like, we also delve into belief.\u00a0 After our work, she has a new belief set, a new focus, a new energy, and a new, improved self-image:<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m important!\u00a0 I\u2019m worthy of healthy, and my hubby will support me because he loves me.\u00a0 So, I\u2019m doing what I have to do for my health.\u00a0 And he will reap the benefits as well.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
