She threw them away!\u00a0 And then ran over them with her car!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Update to the story below:\u00a0 I got an email from my client yesterday:\u00a0 “I haven’t smoked at all since our last session!\u00a0 Yay!”\u00a0 – L.F., Seattle, WA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hi, Seattle Hypnosis Friends!<\/p>\n

Why did I find my office parking lot littered with a pack of squished cigarettes the other day?\u00a0 I know why!\u00a0\u00a0Now, I’m not accusing my client of being a litterbug, BUT…I found these on the ground of the parking lot after our hypnosis and NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming work on quit smoking.<\/p>\n

They were discarded, and run over by a car. Smooshed flat!\u00a0 Pretty funny, actually.\u00a0 Looks to be run over more than one time. Another cigarette paper was peeled and the tobacco shredded in a little pile on the ground. Like, she was examining it, and came to the conclusion: “No.”\u00a0 And then she ran over them!\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Someone threw them away. And I know for a fact that this was the brand of cigarettes, my client USED to smoke. (She doesn’t smoke anymore!)\u00a0 American Spirit.\u00a0\u00a0And I found them when I was leaving the office the same afternoon I worked with her.<\/p>\n

Mere coincidence? I think not.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All it takes is a flip of the mind to come down on the side of “I’m done with that!”\u00a0 And smoking is ended.\u00a0 It really can be that quick and easy, with the right mind tools.\u00a0 The Patch is not the right tool.\u00a0 Nicotine gum is not the right tool.\u00a0 Vaping is not the right tool.\u00a0 The right tool is mindset–I’m DONE.\u00a0 And that mindset is quickly achieved via skilled and creative custom hypnotherapy and NLP services.<\/p>\n
