Do you know who said that?\u00a0\u00a0“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For\u00a0knowledge\u00a0is limited, whereas\u00a0imagination\u00a0embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution.”<\/strong>\u00a0 One smart cookie, Albert Einstein, that’s who!<\/p>\n

He also said:\u00a0 “We cannot solve our\u00a0problems\u00a0with\u00a0the same thinking\u00a0we used when we\u00a0created\u00a0them.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Clearly, Albert had the mind of a hypnotist!\u00a0 These ideas are\u00a0the core and essence of hypnotherapy.<\/p>\n

Change your thinking, and you change your life! Unconscious mind is our playground at Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP<\/a>, because the unconscious mind is the seat of our habits and behaviors and beliefs.\u00a0 And, in this realm, imagination is King.<\/p>\n

When you think you cannot do or achieve something, that is what I call a “limiting belief.”\u00a0 You know those little monsters that got chomped up in PacMan? Well, that\u2019s how I approach limiting beliefs in my Neuro Linguistic Hypnotherapy work. They\u2019ve got to go!<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t do it.\u201d \u201cI\u2019m not good enough.\u201d \u201cI\u2019m not smart enough.\u201d \u201cI don\u2019t deserve it.\u201d What if all that was absolute baloney, and yes, you can, and yes, you do?\u00a0\u00a0Another truism of my life, and my work: what you think, you become.<\/p>\n
