Hi, Guys!<\/p>\n

It’s interesting.\u00a0 I’m offering a couple courses at Bellevue College this autumn.\u00a0 One is\u00a0Healthy Hypnosis:\u00a0 Let Go of Weight and it’s filling up like gangbusters.\u00a0 The other is Quit Smoking With Self Hypnosis, and there’s less interest in it, apparently.\u00a0 I find that surprising! \u00a0 This (self hypnosis) is SUCH a powerful tool for habit change, and the number one habit in the universe which should and can be changed easily is smoking.\u00a0 As in, don’t do it.\u00a0 Ever.\u00a0\u00a0 And so many people profess to want that!\u00a0 I can help.\u00a0 These tools\u00a0offer massive\u00a0help, which I share in my class.\u00a0 The how-to!<\/p>\n

All hypnosis is self hypnosis, even the guided work I do in my office with clients.\u00a0 This course is even bigger than that.\u00a0 It’s like the old saying.\u00a0 Give a guy a fish, and he’s got a fish.\u00a0 For dinner tonight.\u00a0 That’s nice.\u00a0 \u00a0TEACH a guy to fish, and he’s got fish forever.\u00a0 Bring on the tartar sauce!\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 That’s wonderful.\u00a0 I want to teach you how to fish for change.\u00a0 The course title is about one particular habit:\u00a0 Smoking!\u00a0 But it can be used for so much more than that.\u00a0 And I want my students to use it for so much more than that.\u00a0 Hypnosis is a life-changer, a life-enhancer, beyond quantification, really.<\/p>\n

LEARN.\u00a0 Grow.\u00a0 Thrive.\u00a0 It’s what I want for you, and I know it’s what you want for yourself.\u00a0 It’s a chance to trance.\u00a0 I wrote this in an earlier blog entry and you know, it’s so true that it bears repeating.\u00a0 I said:\u00a0 “The unconscious mind is the good guy\u2014for all of us. The part of us that keeps us alive, breathing, blood flowing, healing, storehouses our learning, wants us to grow and thrive and be happy and healthy and successful.”\u00a0 Yes!\u00a0 \u00a0In hypnosis, that’s what we do, converse with this part of ourselves, and improve the quality of our lives through these conversations.\u00a0 Wouldn’t that ability be worth something to you?\u00a0 To anyone?<\/p>\n

Quit Smoking With Self Hypnosis begins this month, September 27 and continues the following week on October 4th.\u00a0 Do you have something better to do on a couple Monday nights than improve your life dramatically?<\/p>\n

If I do say so myself the course is a lot of fun.\u00a0 It spans the course of one week, and two evenings.\u00a0 Six hours total.\u00a0 VERY hands on.\u00a0 Your mind grows.\u00a0 Visually, and on the inside, too!\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 You will be hypnotized.\u00a0 Repeatedly.\u00a0 And learn to do it for yourself.\u00a0 And learn what to do and\u00a0how to communicate to yourself\u00a0in that state of mind which makes the difference in your habits and your life.\u00a0 You learn about language of influence.\u00a0 You learn about how the mind works.\u00a0 You learn the truth about hypnosis.\u00a0 It’s all good, and it’s all useful.\u00a0 I do hope some more of you will join me.<\/p>\n
