Happy First Day of Winter! It’s also Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year. Transitions. It’s only brighter days from here on out, and brighter can be more than just sunshine in the sky!\u00a0 It can be outlook as well. When we feel better, life changes all around us. Case in point:<\/p>\n

Patty Fields, of Bothell, my recent Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis client. She was in a dark place, but found her way to Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP<\/a> and to me. Here’s her report after one session of work together, which she is allowing me to share:<\/p>\n

\u201cHi Connie, I hope this email finds you well this morning. This is Patty. I just want to express how grateful I am for what you did for me. Thank you for restoring confidence in me.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Connie, when I called you that day, I was broken. I was driving around. I didn’t know where I was going. I had been feeling this way for a year since I moved here, but mostly for the past two weeks after my break up. Let me tell you, this is the first time I am shedding a tear since I last saw you, only this time these are tears of joy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I haven’t cried, I haven’t looked back, I haven’t regretted anything. I have moved forward. Matter of fact, by Thursday, I had a job offer with one of the companies that I’ve been really wanting to work for. I had so much confidence during my interview.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have been able to complete some tasks that I was neglecting and most of all, I am so proud to ignore my ex’s many attempts to contact me. Had I not met you, I’d have jumped right back into his arms but I know I’m good enough to do it on my own.<\/strong><\/p>\n
