In July, 2016 I was hospitalized with blood clots in my lungs. After I got discharged I decided to start taking better care of myself. A friend of mine referred to me Connie. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. As of today, I have lost 77 pounds. I have been on many different diets over the years, and now I eat what I like but I recognize when I am full. Due to the weight loss it has helped with reducing the clots and an extra plus, I started out in a size 16 and now wear a 6.”<\/strong><\/p>\n
