“So excited to see you again – I’ve been feeling so great since our last session – I don’t use a scale, but I can tell the way my clothes are fitting that I’m getting slimmer. I happily take the stairs at work between floors every time, I’m eating healthy and just the right amounts – all sorts of good stuff, and feeling great about it!! \ud83d\ude42 It’s working magnificently!! Weight loss is a very complex thing, lots of moving parts that we tweak with hypnosis and NLP: \u00a0new food choices \u00a0(things to eat more of, things to stay away from), portion control–when to say when, upping motivation to exercise,\u00a0improving self image, optimizing metabolism, increasing water consumption, and so on… \u00a0Of all these needed tweaks the biggest is: tenacity for healthy. \u00a0If you’ve got it, we enhance it. \u00a0If you don’t have it, we install it.<\/p>\n

Tenacity. \u00a0Sustained action. \u00a0That’s called “doing it.” \u00a0The difference between mere desire and success. \u00a0For weight loss, and for life!<\/p>\n

I know all about successful weight loss, it’s “my thing” as they say. \u00a0Living it. \u00a0Gina avoids the scale, and that’s OK. \u00a0There are other ways to measure success, how clothes fit, energy in daily activities,\u00a0your face and body\u00a0in the mirror, and more. \u00a0I weigh myself every day nowadays, and my current goal is maintenance. After losing a ton of weight, I want to hold where I’m at. \u00a0I’m doing it! \u00a0\ud83d\ude42 \u00a0The numbers on the scale have been pretty consistent for the past couple months. \u00a0I’m gearing up for another round of losing more weight, slow, steady, consistent. \u00a0I’ve got about another 10 pounds to go.<\/p>\n

Tenacity. \u00a0One of the “secrets” I’ve developed at Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP<\/a> is how to activate tenacity. \u00a0Long term. \u00a0Clients get the benefit of this. \u00a0Part of the artistry (and effectiveness) of this work is the way a\u00a0hypnotist creates new things– some do and some don’t. \u00a0Some approach this work as a paint-by-numbers affair and read a pre-packaged script at\u00a0you, and some are true creative artists creating for you from their imagination, life experience, hypnotic skillset, and facility with language. \u00a0I’m a word artist. \u00a0We paint pictures in the mind with words. \u00a0And those pictures become so motivating that life changes for the better.<\/p>\n
