Hypnosis is a way to tap into that creative problem solving imagination that we all have.<\/p>\n

Henry Ford, the automaker, said something I know is true: \u00a0“If you think you can, or you think you can’t…you’re right!” \u00a0Yes! \u00a0Change happens in the mind before it can happen in the world, your habits, your body, your success. \u00a0There’s another expression I like, “keep your eyes on the prize.” \u00a0You have to know where you want to go in order to get there.<\/p>\n

People come into my\u00a0Bellevue\u00a0hypnosis clinic and as part of our work, we engage in a one on one live question and answer period where we find and clarify desired goals. \u00a0And figure out how we will measure change. \u00a0And develop a clear vision of what success looks like, feels like, sounds like, and would afford to a person’s whole lifestyle.\u00a0 This is super important, and happens before we even begin the formal hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Processing\u00a0change work.<\/p>\n
