We have an expression in the “biz.” \u00a0“All hypnosis is self hypnosis.”<\/strong> \u00a0This is true. \u00a0It’s a learning state of mind we put ourselves into. \u00a0It happens naturally all the time. \u00a0And it can happen by design. \u00a0That’s our traditional understanding of the words “self hypnosis.”<\/p>\n
