Hi, Greater Seattle Hypnosis Friends!<\/p>\n

How do we judge success in the work I do, hypnosis and NLP? \u00a0We could measure only\u00a0behavioral change specifically requested, such as: \u00a0I stopped\u00a0smoking, I say no thank you\u00a0no to cookies and candy, I’m sleeping better, etc.<\/p>\n

Or we could measure success by the intangibles, by the positive change in\u00a0emotions. A client might notice\u00a0more confidence, more happiness, more control, more energy, more optimism, more motivation, or all of the above. \u00a0In Neuro Linguistic Hypnotherapy\u00a0\u00ae, better feelings and different behaviors go\u00a0together.<\/p>\n

In my opinion, the biggest impact on life success is feeling differently in our own skin in our own lives.
