I received another happy success\u00a0email from one of my\u00a0Seattle area Neuro Linguistic Hypnotherapy clients this week.\u00a0 We had worked on his\u00a0fear of flying, using\u00a0hypnosis and NLP.\u00a0 Chris Gibson, of Seattle, reports:<\/p>\n

“I really enjoy flying now and the freedom that is bringing me.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have been very successful since having hypnosis\/NLP sessions with you.\u00a0 In fact, in the past year, I have flown 7 times and am about to take my 8th flight!\u00a0 I even took a trip to Atlanta and back by myself.\u00a0 The work I did with you helped tremendously.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prior to working with you, I had tried several different methods for controlling my fear of flying but none of them seemed to work.\u00a0 They all seemed like “tricks” or “Band-Aids” and didn’t truly help me to think differently about flying.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During my sessions with you, we went through all of the feelings I wanted to feel on a plane, such as happiness, calm, safety, etc.\u00a0 Through our sessions you helped to plant those thoughts into my subconscious and, for the first time, it worked!\u00a0 On my first flight and each subsequent one those “good” feelings now fill my head and the negative ones have been pushed out.\u00a0 I really wanted to thank you for all of your help.\u00a0 I feel so much more free now!\u00a0 P.S.\u00a0 We are off to Vegas, my third time this year.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 —\u00a0Chris Gibson, Seattle.<\/strong><\/p>\n
