Hi, Hypno Friends!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Obesity!\u00a0\u00a0That’s an ugly word!\u00a0 What is it?\u00a0 The dictionary says it means “excessively fat or fleshy”, originating from latin words\u00a0meaning “intensive eating.”\u00a0 Good news:\u00a0 It’s really NOT an immovable\u00a0monolithic THING, it’s a cumulated effect of choices, patterns, behaviors and actions–which are moveable objects, not monoliths.<\/p>\n

Obesity is a huge problem in Seattle and the world.\u00a0\u00a0I was musing today on the mindset of healthy eating, healthy movement and exercise, and reshaping the body, and how easy those things are to create and sustain\u00a0through hypnotherapy.\u00a0 It really comes down to focus and frame of mind.\u00a0 When you successfully change those, you change everything.<\/p>\n
