Hi, Hypno-Friends!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The other day I was re-reading parts of\u00a0Alice in Wonderland<\/em>, for pleasure.\u00a0 Lewis Carroll was a master of wordplay, which I enjoy.\u00a0 He was also a wise man.<\/p>\n

I read this:<\/p>\n

Alice:\u00a0 This is Impossible<\/strong>
\n Mad Hatter:\u00a0 Only if you believe it is.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Absolutely, yes.\u00a0 What we believe to be true is or becomes true for us.\u00a0 This is a large piece of what I do with clients — we find new, better, more useful\u00a0truths, and create and install\u00a0them in the mind.\u00a0 The unconscious mind, with a truth in place, gives your life direction to achieving that, with nudges, pushes, noticing of opportunities, and forward momentum.<\/p>\n

For example:\u00a0 if a person believes that they can’t lose weight–they’re quite likely to achieve precisely that–NOT losing weight.\u00a0 If a person believes they are “not good enough,” they will engage in unconscious\u00a0self sabotage to make sure they don’t succeed.\u00a0 If a person believes “nicotine is an addiction,” that makes it harder to quit smoking.\u00a0 Beliefs may be useful.\u00a0 “I can do it! This is easy!”\u00a0 Or they may not:\u00a0 “I’m lazy.”\u00a0 If there’s some belief\u00a0in your life which should NOT be true, it can absolutely be changed.\u00a0 Let me help you to\u00a0change it.\u00a0 If there’s something which should be more true, let’s do that.\u00a0 It’s all moveable furniture.<\/p>\n

Here’s to new ways of thinking in your life becoming the new realities of your life!<\/p>\n
