Hi, Hypno-Friends!<\/p>\n

I’m teaching another course at Bellevue College.\u00a0 This one is\u00a0 “Building Confidence and Self Esteem Through Self Hypnosis.”\u00a0 It’s 2 nights, tonight (Feb 15) and also Feb 22.\u00a0 Six hours total.\u00a0 In those magical 6 hours, I’ll be presenting an experiential hypnotic extravaganza of learning.<\/p>\n

I hypnotize the group en masse, and set a trigger for the students to return to “instant trance” anytime they like.\u00a0 With this tool,\u00a0we can\u00a0focus\u00a0our own minds on positive changes–and the unconscious mind is the part of your brain that makes things happen.\u00a0 It’s the seat of our emotions and behaviors.<\/p>\n

In the class, we practice hypnosis.\u00a0 We learn the truth about hypnosis.\u00a0 We learn how to craft what’s known as a “well-formed goal.”\u00a0 (You have to know what you want in order to get it!)<\/p>\n

It’s fun.\u00a0 It’s hypnotic.\u00a0 It’s inexpensive.\u00a0 This class through Bellevue College is only $89.\u00a0 What a deal!\u00a0 If you want in, there’s still room as of this writing:<\/p>\n
