Hi, Hypno-Friends!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

I’m going to share a story.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Well, the snow was coming down here in the Seattle area\u00a0(I know you know!–the media was calling it “snowmageddon”) and Michael and I had committed to conduct a hypnosis training.\u00a0 We don’t like to cancel and\/or disappoint—so we decided to stay in a hotel overnight close to the training location to be SURE we could make it.\u00a0 We did make it.<\/p>\n

That actually was a lot of fun spending the night there!\u00a0 Nice hotel.\u00a0 It has a no-smoking policy.\u00a0 (Neither Michael or I smoke, so that was no hardship for us.)\u00a0 However, I read something on the check-in materials that I found surprising.\u00a0 This hotel is SO serious about its\u00a0nonsmoking status, that if you smoke in one of their rooms (even one cigarette), they will charge you a “$250 room recovery fee.”<\/p>\n

Wow!\u00a0 It costs the hotel guest\u00a0$250 so that the hotel can sanitize the room after smoking occurred in there–to remove the\u00a0smell from draperies, furniture, rugs,\u00a0I imagine.\u00a0 Talk about the cost of smoking!<\/p>\n

Now I have to ask myself:\u00a0 wouldn’t a\u00a0person who smokes rather pay to sanitize his life and body rather than someone else’s hotel room?\u00a0 Wouldn’t that money be a better investment toward healthy?\u00a0 A life recovery fee, rather than a room recovery fee?\u00a0 Seems so to me.\u00a0 And I know how you can do it!<\/p>\n
