Who remembers David Cassidy?\u00a0 The Partridge Family.\u00a0 I sure do!\u00a0 I had a crush on him when I was 13!\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 \u00a0And I liked one song in particular.\u00a0 “Hello, world, here’s a song that we’re singin’,\u00a0\u00a0c’mon get happy!\u00a0 A whole lotta lovin’ is what we’ll be bringin’,\u00a0\u00a0we’ll make you happy!\u00a0 We’ll make you happy.”<\/span><\/p>\n

I like when people get happy.\u00a0 Because when you feel good, you think different thoughts, and make different decisions which lead to more useful behaviors.\u00a0 That shift in feeling and thinking is what I aim for in my work at Mindworks Hypnosis and NLP.\u00a0\u00a0Here’s one recent\u00a0bullseye!<\/p>\n

I got a wonderful report today from a weight loss client.\u00a0 In part, here is what she says:<\/p>\n

“Thank you Connie!\u00a0 The work we have done together\u00a0has truly changed my life.\u00a0 I have found \u201cmy happy\u201d and am now on the journey to a\u00a0 stronger, slimmer, healthier me.\u00a0–Kelly”<\/strong><\/div>\n

Here’s what I say to that!\u00a0 Yay!!\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 You go, Girl!\u00a0 Because, Kelly is making these changes happen.\u00a0 I’ve guided her to her internal resources which make her life better, and she’s taken them onboard,\u00a0like grabbing a football and running for the goal line.<\/p>\n

Perhaps it’s time for positive changes in your life, whether it’s weight loss, habit change, letting go of fear, or what have you, hypnosis is a tool that works!\u00a0\u00a0 I’m ready to help!<\/p>\n
