Bellevue College has a new location in North Bellevue, and I’m excited to be teaching my self hypnosis course there again.\u00a0 Beginning next week!\u00a0 It’s for two evenings, Monday, May 9th and Monday, May 16th.\u00a0 Two evenings, twice the fun.\u00a0 Twice the TRANCE-formation.\u00a0 Learn something so powerful and cool.<\/span><\/p>\n

The frame of this course is Healthy Hypnosis:\u00a0 Let Go of Weight, and that’s terrific.\u00a0 However, I want you to know that when you learn self hypnosis, these same\u00a0tools\u00a0are terrific for so much more than that tiny frame.\u00a0 (Which you’ll achieve–a tiny frame–when you let go of the unwanted pounds\u00a0through self hypnosis!)<\/span><\/p>\n

In the bigger picture, here’s what it’s really about:\u00a0 behavior change, feeling change, thinking changes.\u00a0 Around so much, and so many different situations.\u00a0 For example:\u00a0 smoking cessation, sleep improvement, stress reduction, more motivation\/less procrastination, better study habits, better golf, and more and more and more than that!<\/span><\/p>\n
