Is it spinning in a clockwise motion, or is it spinning counter-clockwise?\u00a0 Once you have identified the spin, reverse it.\u00a0 Just look at it, imagine it’s motion in the opposite direction, and voila!\u00a0 It happens.\u00a0 The direction of spin is reversed.\u00a0 You didn’t know your mind was so powerful, did you?\u00a0 (I did know.)\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/div>\n

A thing is a thing. Or is it? The way we see it, well, that’s up for grabs.\u00a0 Spin your perceptions in a way that makes your life better!\u00a0 It’s all under your control.\u00a0 How interesting would it be to you if your problems became absolute non-problems?\u00a0 For example, if desire to smoke became “Who cares?”\u00a0 If lunch shifted from “I must eat cookies” to\u00a0I’d rather eat a spinach salad.\u00a0 If the couch and a box of donuts shifted into “I’m getting my butt into the gym!”\u00a0 If fear of public speaking became calm and confident and articulate.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Here’s what I know to be true:\u00a0 change your perception\/thinking about things and you change everything.<\/p>\n
