The topic is weight loss!\u00a0 Mine, in particular.\u00a0 See, I’ve been using my own tools, hypnosis and NLP to work on my own “stuff.”\u00a0 Lifelong stuff.\u00a0 And…I’m happy to report:\u00a0 it’s working!\u00a0 Going great!\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 I’m now officially half my former size.\u00a0 I’m not going to say the NUMBERS because it’s not primarily about the numbers, in my mind.\u00a0 In fact, I don’t even weigh myself.\u00a0 It’s about how I feel.\u00a0 How I look.\u00a0 Energy!\u00a0 Vitality!\u00a0 Life!\u00a0 Those things are improving every day.<\/p>\n

Thus, time to clean out the closets.\u00a0 I went through my clothes closet the other day, trying things on that I haven’t looked at since last winter, to see if\u00a0my favorite coats and sweaters were\u00a0something to keep or donate.\u00a0 Most were “donate!”\u00a0 Some of them looked like clown suits on me, so large.\u00a0 I thought about keeping one, as a reminder, but no–off they\u00a0go!\u00a0 I said “goodbye” (literally and out loud) to several garments that I had particularly loved.\u00a0 My brown suede blazer.\u00a0 Goodbye!\u00a0\u00a0My\u00a0black wool “peacoat.”\u00a0 Goodbye!\u00a0 A favorite embroidered and beaded sweater which was hanging long on me like a dress.\u00a0 Goodbye!<\/p>\n

Letting go is good.\u00a0 Letting go of things that are no longer needed or useful.\u00a0 Like the extra weight.\u00a0 Goodbye!<\/p>\n

Gird yourself.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Now, the sales pitch!!\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 I love helping people with this issue of weight.\u00a0 Because I know\u00a0all about it.\u00a0 I understand it.\u00a0 I’m living it!\u00a0 I’ve been dealing with it all my life.\u00a0 And now,\u00a0I know first hand how powerful and successful the tools of hypnosis and NLP are in managing it,\u00a0by\u00a0quickly changing patterns and habits, changing thoughts, changing feelings, streamlining\u00a0change in such natural, healthy ways that lets you feel good about yourself, your life, and your capabilities.\u00a0 I love it!\u00a0\u00a0Absolutely.<\/p>\n
