We teach this in groups, and we also teach it privately one-on-one with clients.<\/p>\n

I wrote an article about self-hypnosis which was published by Bellevue College.\u00a0 Sharing an excerpt:<\/p>\n

It\u2019s like the old saying:\u00a0 “Give a man a fish and he has dinner, teach him how to fish, and he can feed himself for a lifetime.”\u00a0 Self-Hypnosis will feed your well-being for a lifetime.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What is hypnosis?\u00a0 Hypnosis is a super powerful and positive state of focused attention, a creative mind space that we all can slip into naturally.\u00a0 It’s our creative mind, our intuitive mind, our problem-solving mind.\u00a0\u00a0 This state of mind is accompanied with a profound sense of control and physical well-being.\u00a0 We use this state to stimulate our mind to create change that\u2019s desired and useful.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I know this to be true:\u00a0 everybody has the ability, inside their unconscious mind to create a new world. The one they want! The one that\u2019s joy-filled, and successful, and happy, and free, and fun, and all the things people want for themselves. We activate change through this part of our mind through guided hypnotherapy and also through self-hypnosis.<\/strong><\/p>\n
