Weight loss is really a sequence of two goals: Get that ideal weight. Then… Stay there. What’s cool is that hypnosis helps you do both.
Here’s a gentleman I helped with self image and weight loss who found himself needing to refocus on his “stay away from sugar” goals. A quick hypnotic “tuneup” as he called it got him back on track.
