Another 5-Star Google Review for Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP – Quit Smoking Success

Hi, Seattle Hypnosis Friends!Get happy and successful with NLP and hypnosis!

I love my good feedback.  As I tell my hypnosis and NLP clients, when they win, I win.  And, in my office and in my school, we are very much in it to win it.  Some hypnotists go into this type of work thinking it’s an easy buck.  (It’s not.)  I do this work because I love it.  It’s my art!  It’s stimulating, challenging, and oh so rewarding when my clients get their successful outcomes.

Brian Jacob, of Seattle, Washington got his results.  He quit smoking in one session of Neuro Linguistic Programming and hypnotherapy at Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP.  After 15 years of smoking a pack of cigarettes a day, he has quit.

He wrote me a 5-star review on third party business review sites Google and YELP.  I love his success and, with his permission, I’m sharing his words:

“I have been smoking one pack a day for the past 15 years. I tried to quit so many times but it never worked. There was always something that pushed me right back to it.   One session with Connie… That’s right… One session!… And I was smoke free!  I still don’t know how she did it, but now every time I think about cigarettes I am like : “Oh no!”.

I left my cigarettes and my lighter at her office when I left and never had to buy cigarettes since then.

Some advice if you want to quit smoking and are considering using Connie’s Services:  Do not think of hypnosis based on what you’ve seen on TV. It is not a joke. Just be super open and play Connie’s game. I feel like the fact I was so open to her and treated hypnosis so seriously truly helped Connie to do the right work with me right away.

Hypnosis made me demonize cigarettes, yes. But the nicotine craving was still there for a couple of weeks. I used patches and I was done after 3 weeks of using them less and less every day. I didn’t need anything after that… I was cured.

Let’s be honest, being hypnotized is kind of a bucket list item. There is something fascinating about it. If it does not work for you (Which I truly doubt), at least you can say: I did it!

Anyway, let Connie guide you, she is FANTASTIC and I am so grateful I get to work with her.  Smoking sucks!”

As I told Jacob, HE made this happen.  Anyone can create any desired outcome for themselves.  WITH the right tools skillfully and artfully used.  I’m a Licensed Trainer of NLP®.  NLP is what he calls “Connie’s game.”  It is fun.  And it’s a game that Jacob won.  Goodbye to cigarettes and smoking, and hello to a healthier (and longer) life.

What’s it worth to you to successfully take control of your life and habits?  Habits don’t control us unless we allow them to.  We can control them, end habits, create new habits.  If you want fast change, do what works.  Skilled, ethical hypnotherapy and NLP.  Call me, and I’m happy to meet with you and explain this work.  It’s different.  And powerful.

Quit Smoking Success! Two Years and Counting and Still a Non-Smoker: Client Video Testimonial

Laurie Adams of SeaTac, WA. A real client, a real success story.

Laurie Adams of SeaTac, WA. A real client, a real success story.

This is the story of Laurie Adams.  40 years a smoker. A consistent smoker.  Now, that’s a “habit.” Fortunately, hypnosis is stronger and more powerful than any habit.

Two years ago, in April of 2012, Laurie came into my office at the prompting and personal recommendation of her physician.  She wanted to quit smoking.  She did just that.  It took all of two Neuro-Linguistic Hypnotherapy sessions.  Two sessions!  To break a 40-year habit!

That’s power.  That’s success.  What’s even more “proof of the pudding,” it’s been two years now, and Laurie is STILL a non-smoker.  Going strong, and healthy.

If you think you’re beyond help, think again.  Think of something you haven’t tried.  Yet. That’s skilled hypnotherapy.  The power of the mind is greater than you think, and when these tools and techniques are artfully applied, well, magic happens.  I know it to be true.  And so does Laurie.

Here’s her video testimonial:

Good job, Laurie!  Here’s to the next 20 years and beyond, also as a non-smoker.

Warm Regards,

Stop Smoking, Seattle!

Stop Smoking, Seattle!  It’s good advice.  It’s also a website:  I have several websites that I’ve created, and this site is about hypnosis for smoking cessation.

Here’s an advertising video for my site:

On my many websites, I like to highlight the different things hypnosis is good for.  Short answer:  pretty much EVERYTHING.  Michael likes to say:  “If the brain is involved, hypnosis helps.”  Yes. has lots of good information about studies on hypnotic success with quit smoking.  Kind of like a battle royale, and hypnosis wins!  Hypnosis is more effective than other stop smoking tools:  nicotine gum, the patch, drugs, herbal remedies, acupuncture, and so on.  I also talk about all the chemicals that are in cigarettes, and how your body has the capacity to heal itself from the effects of cigarettes and the time frames involved.  It’s interesting stuff.

And primary, of course, on my hypnosis for stop smoking website, is the PROOF.  Seattle area people I’ve helped using hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) who agreed to let me share their success stories.  Actually, there are many providers of hypnosis in Seattle, with varying skill sets.  My advice:  Go for quality!  Go for proven success.  That’s me and Michael and our passion:  Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP.  It’s the best in Seattle hypnotherapy services.

If you yourself are interested in dumping tobacco use, or know someone who is, direct them to my website.  More people should know that skilled hypnosis is the best tool to stop smoking, and stay stopped.

Warm Regards,
