After a Bad Breakup, She Got Her Confidence Back!

Find your success with Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP.

Hi, Seattle Hypnosis Friends!

Happy First Day of Winter! It’s also Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year. Transitions. It’s only brighter days from here on out, and brighter can be more than just sunshine in the sky!  It can be outlook as well. When we feel better, life changes all around us. Case in point:

Patty Fields, of Bothell, my recent Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis client. She was in a dark place, but found her way to Mindworks Hypnosis & NLP and to me. Here’s her report after one session of work together, which she is allowing me to share:

“Hi Connie, I hope this email finds you well this morning. This is Patty. I just want to express how grateful I am for what you did for me. Thank you for restoring confidence in me.

Connie, when I called you that day, I was broken. I was driving around. I didn’t know where I was going. I had been feeling this way for a year since I moved here, but mostly for the past two weeks after my break up. Let me tell you, this is the first time I am shedding a tear since I last saw you, only this time these are tears of joy.

I haven’t cried, I haven’t looked back, I haven’t regretted anything. I have moved forward. Matter of fact, by Thursday, I had a job offer with one of the companies that I’ve been really wanting to work for. I had so much confidence during my interview.

I have been able to complete some tasks that I was neglecting and most of all, I am so proud to ignore my ex’s many attempts to contact me. Had I not met you, I’d have jumped right back into his arms but I know I’m good enough to do it on my own.

Thank you so much, Connie. You’re such a blessing. Thank you for changing my life.  Happy holidays!” – Patty Fields, Bothell, WA.

Brighter days, starting now!  Yay, Patty.  You go, girl!

Are you ready to put the past drama and trauma behind you?  We can do that.  How?  We hold onto memories (and wisdom gained from life experience) but let go of any sting or hurt.  We build up the good stuff, calm, confident, happy, optimistic…and off you go.  Into a better life.  Attracting the good things and people in your life that are worthy of you!  I’m happy to help.  Call me for a free consult meeting and I’ll be happy to explain what I do and how I can help.

Improved relationships with hypnosis

Happy Valentine’s Day to our Hypno Friends!

Hi, Hypnosis Friends!

We’re coming up on a celebration of love.  Valentine’s Day!  Michael and I send our best wishes for your happy connections, on Valentines Day and always.

Michael and I celebrate our 30th wedding Anniversary this year.  That’s an amazing number!  And we’ve been together 35 years, which is an even more amazing number.  And life together just keeps getting better and better.  Here is a super cute video:

I’m “lucky in love.”

However, in addition to luck, every relationship can be improved with effective ways to communicate and relate.  A “relationship” is really just a series of moments of “relating” and we can change those moments and how we relate at any time. Anyone can learn to have great relationships.

This is also the work we do one on one at Mindworks Hypnosis and teach at Mindworks NLP.  We help people to have new and improved rapport skills, management of emotions, new positive ways or relating and communicating, whether it’s with spouses, significant others, bosses, baristas, or perfect strangers.  Learn more anytime!  I offer free consultations in my office in Bellevue.

Again, Happy Valentines!

All the Best,
Connie

PS: If chocolate consumption gets out of hand, I help with that as well.
